InfoBeat partners with Microsoft InfoBeat Inc., an e-mail publisher, has announced a relationship with Microsoft Corp. to deliver HTML-based versions of its personalized news services for Outlook Express users. As part of the arrangement, InfoBeat's Web site has a link to a custom download area for users to find Microsoft's Internet Explorer 4.0 and its e-mail client. Microsoft vice president Brad Chase said, "Outlook Express makes e-mail more exciting, fun and personal with full support for HTML."
