Given they have an approved drug, CVTX is way ahead here if any of this pans out - and I have to stress that that is a very big "if" at this stage. We need someone with a decent understanding of these sodium channels to tell us if the results described for ranolazine are even in the right ballpark to be potentially useful or not. Peter
