On Decmber 23, HCE declared that it would liquidate. On the 24th its share price rose over 30%. MAF also is liquidating. Maybe this is the start of a beautiful trend. "LISLE, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--(NYSE: HCE) Fiduciary/Claymore Dynamic Equity Fund (the “Fund”), a diversified closed-end management investment company, announced today that its Board of Trustees (the “Board”) adopted a proposal to liquidate the Fund. Subject to shareholder approval of the plan of liquidation and dissolution (the “Liquidation Plan”) adopted by the Board, the Fund plans to sell its assets, discharge its liabilities and distribute the net proceeds to shareholders."
