Isn't there a caldera in Yellowstone? Isn't "yellow stone" elemental sulphur which is common around volcanic areas?

I would put a LOT of distance [say 400 km] between me and Yellowstone Park until the earthquakes stop, and give it a couple of days after that too.

Avoid being there especially at full tide [when Moon pull is strongest so pressure is most removed from holding the eruption down].

Maybe there are other much more benign volcanoes and it's just one of those popping off. Or perhaps it's just earthquake shaking from faults moving.

It's it's a caldera about to blow, that will fill the front pages and make the financial meltdown business section news.
