Charles - you sez "The suggestion has been made that we'll see a global hike in interest rates as a result of the Hong Kong market crash. Higher rates would benefit Cityscape."

I am trying to understand this. Why a global hike in rates b/c of the HK stk mkt crash (correction, whatever?) And why would rate hike is good for CTYS, isn't that a subprime lender still belongs to the financial sector (and we know what happened in March 97!)

I understand you hold CTYS. I genuinely feel bad for you and others - and I certainly hope you can even the score, but we should also be realistic. Sorry to be blunt
