Some people conclude, by extrapolating price/wage data, that FDR let industries collude and raise prices above 'market' and employees magically demanded and received excessive wages as well. Others conclude that the level of spending was simply not high enough and it took the war machine to simply push it over the top. Still others conclude that it is time thing and excesses and problems eventually work themselves out given enough time. Why don't you ask Bernanke the great expert on the Great Depression as he and Paulson go from one 'cure' to another panicking all the while? The REALITY of our situation is that we are talking about DEPRESSION because of YOU and your ilk. You and your ilk start wars for profit, build a high risk-low reward casino where the economy used to be and TAX and STEAL until the country is bankrupt. If it wasn't for foreign money, we would be completely bankrupt because of YOU.
