TWTC's chart looks like a lot of charts right now. After putting in what looks to be a bottom in Oct. and then having that bottom retested in Nov., the stock is in a consolidation phase. How long that will last and whether it will end in a break out or break down is unclear. The chart pattern in place confirms that current ambiguity: clearstation.etrade.com Its why I have few stocks, short or long, in my portfolio right now.
