Class action lawsuits announced daily. No surprise for anyone following the company. They'll probably survive all this but mgmt has had plenty of foul ups. Maybe too early to buy here with all the bad news and the heavy short positions. Shorts have been on the right side of the price action all along and mgmt has done little to stop the flow of fuel for the short's fire. 75 cents is starting to look attractive...I know...be patient.
