Thanks, very good, so in the case with Blago there is no conspiracy, he just simply talked about taking the highest bribe in exchange for the Senate seat, there's no conspiracy here, just his intentions to sell a political position... can merely talking about it on tape be a crime or does he also have to act upon it in order for a crime to occur? TIA
