Mish, how bad the retailing closures may be, I don't know... A friend who lives and shops near DFW Airport reported last week how shopping malls were selling "like the whole mall was going out of business". So, I asked, "Does it look like 10 percent of the businesses were liquidating ?" His reply, "Honestly, I don't know, but when you see stores selling racks and shelving, it's bad ! "
