Buddy, you must not read what I post to you. If she was not over the age of 19 or resided in the US when he was born outside of the US then he is not a natural born citizen. Since there are three witnesses that are relatives of Obama who have testified that he was born in Kenya there is substantial reason to suspect they are may have been being truthful.

"the law stated that his mother would have had to have lived 10-years in the United States, 5 of which were after the age of 14. Since she was 18 at the time of Obama’s birth, she did not meet the residency requirements for passing U.S. citizenship to Obama."

As I previously posted the most reasonable assumption now is that the SCOTUS believed the issue to be toxic and thus declined to rule.

The presumption of the informed is that he is an usurper.
