I believe your assessment is probably correct and I traded off some shares myself. While Netva grows and becomes ultimately profitable, in the background (as their products become more important to OEMS) is a lurking buyout. For this reason I always keep a the least a foot in.

Netva presents a very unusual and potentially profitable set of circumstances.
