Hamas ain't going anywhere nor is Hezbollah, and in their heart of hearts the Israelis know that.

For that reason Israel should not accept a cease fire - until such time as Hamas changes its tune or is removed.

this senseless bombing of Gaza finally ended the conflict but it won't. Instead, its only making things worse if that's possible at this late date.

The Hamas side has one direction and purpose - it can't get any worse - the best Israel can hope for is a reduction in capability and leadership. It will take them some time to rebuild if Israel cleans house via a ground invasion. Iran will soon have a nuke and they'll use it or give it to Hamas as soon as they can - no matter what Israel does in this conflict.

the ramming of the medical supply boat, not a smart move on the part of the Israelis.

As the story was told by one side - without video, even though reporters were on board (suspicious) - no not a good PR move.
