Maybe this will all blow over (for now) as BHO takes over the next term. I had worried that Bush would simply not leave office, mercifully that looks unlikely. Instead, all these powers are perhaps being put in place for the benefit of the next Bush. Keep your eyes on younger brother Jeb.

Our immediate worry is the B squad (same team) about to take over running the joint. Unless Barrack can be persuaded 1) not to use all those draconian measures in the unfolding meltdown and 2) to actually undo all George's naughty tricks, the danger will remain like a landmine. The public must be woken up and i thank Slider for his gutsy post. BTW, it got some extra air time - someone posted it here:
