As I previously wrote the SCOTUS responds to public opinion. If you want to list some of the terrible rulings please add Roe v. Wade.

The SCOTUS appears unwilling to address the facts that lead a reasonable person to believe that Obama is most likely an illegal immigrant who should be deported. As I stated before they most likely wish to avoid ruling in such a toxic issue.

Since the fMSM have avoided educating those Americans who don't care if they are informed about the gravity of Obama's apparent illegitimacy, a ruling would have come as a shock to the uninformed. The feeling of rejection from those uninformed people would likely well up into riots that would make the LA riots seem mild.

Of course the liberally biased media would take the course necessary to force the hand of the SCOTUS to ensure the most liberal President since Carter.
