Daryl, Where do the sales figures come from? I know Summit is working on astigmatism data for FDA submission. I know their system corrects astigmatism in other countries. As far as I know though VISX is the only filer to date. I only know of one class action lawsuit by a shareholder aledging fraud. I also know VISX is suing them for royalty payments which Summit claims have been paid. I have heard of afew Dr. suits. (most all these are probably covered by insurance if there is a settlement against Summit). What are the others? I also know Summit is claiming full compliance and normal business operations. The 55 layoffs were due to a restructuring due to purchase of Lens Express. I'm sure alot of BEAM stock was sold by Lens Express people after the purchase. I would be reassured however to hear more from Summit. Maybe they feel that by saying much they will disrupt their legal status. ie. lawyers saying to have a quiet period. I saw a TV add for Lens Express and it was impressive. Very professional. Have you seen the adds? Greg
