All Shareholders, Be On the look out for email, snail mail, or a telephone call from a certain person or group from CA. It appears that this person (group) HAS an OLD shareholder list from Trans Securities with the old OVIS data. I also found that D. Mork may be short well over 1 Million shares through Canada, also one MM is short some 400k of OVIS/RMIL. Before the nays ask. You can not verify this through normal channels, and I will not reveal the persons name that told me IN PERSON this afternoon! That's why I was gone for about 2 hours this afternoon. Here is the email from that started my investigation into the matter: Date: Tue, 21 Oct 1997 17:13:11 -0400 Subject: HI! RILEY here is some good news the shorts as per our mutual friend and please don't mention his name is saying that they are now taking your cartel serious and have started to buy. Also they are trying to deal with some major share-holders to cover some of their shorts to minimize their losses which they don't seem to be too concerned and that is all he would say and that was after many -many drinks and I must say some crafty maneuvering. -- >Riley, please tell me why this shouldn't upset me!! IF this happens - some of the shorts get covered in a deal with some major shareholders, this would let the rest of us out of that "reward loop". Am I misunderstanding something here?< -- If the shorts, or brokers call or write you to get YOU to sell THEM your shares of RMIL. Be Sure to get their name and number and call them back to verify that they are whom they claim to be.
