Ballmer ever the PR person isn't he? His bravado is probably better suited to football than litigating a sensitive issue. Even though it's statements like that that get the opponent's locker room riled up. I guess it's that sense of invulnerability that comes with your 5th or is it 6th billion? (Personally, I haven't experienced this yet, though I am still working toward it. 8^) )
