They are very good. I usually dip in egg then in cracker crumbs and fry. We were at friends house for small dinner party (7 of us). They had just gotten back from 7 weeks in Israel to finish up a 3 yr project one of them was doing for Philips. Anyway............they brought back incredible olive oil, balsamic and herbs and spices. The mixed them all in an olive oil bread dip. YUMMY! We had salad and beef chuck chili + some mighty fine Israeli and Italian red wines. The only downer was having to ask them to turn off Garrison Keillor on the TV. Told them I couldn't stand that Communist. gg Happy New Year all.
