Having imported US$ to NZ, I shall investigate local sources of gold and platinum to see if they are interesting. Perhaps silver would be a good line too. That was an interesting article about German inflation [not that it's news, just that it seems more germane than at any time in my life]. There is a gold and silver mine nearby at Waihi, with some Zenbu zones in the village. Perhaps I should swing by on the way to beaches [real beaches without that murk in the photo of your local beach], cerf cyberspace for local gold and silver, go shopping, filling the boot. Martha mine no doubt needs the money for stocking up on fuel and explosives, processing chemicals and trucks.

Over the decades I have enjoyed peering into that enormous hole. They need some reward. It's like Cheops pyramid, but upside down.

In decades to come, it could be turned into a huge subterranean building. It would only need a few supports and beams. It could be quite a nice shelter from incoming bolides, tsunamis, Taupo and other volcanic eruptions, defence against insurrection, nuclear war, storms [not that we get many of consequence] and it would be a valuable construction with the construction work mostly done, profitably, in the excavation of gold and silver.

With huge rock walls to act as buttresses [a luxury other buildings lack - they have to be self-supporting] some architectural beauty could be created. Think huge arches.

Not many buildings are largely built profitably with the building being a side product of another activity. Hmmm, perhaps I should buy Newmont Mining [NEM] stock as well as gold/silver/platinum.

Waihi is a very nice town, the gateway to the Bay of Plenty. It could do with such a development.

Maybe Waihi would be a good town for me to establish a mint. Zenbu Money Ltd.... seems a nice name to produce some prototype Qi using Aztec principles.
