Harvey Pitt just on CNBC states that biggest market problem is lack of enforcement re NSS, even after commentator stated that rules prohibiting manipulative shorting have been there all along.

At same time, I'm noticing an uptick in whiney comments from self-styled "cyber sleupps" complaining that too much is being said about these issues.
