This is true, and frankly, I am very encouraged. Obama clearly has realized that his prior remarks on foreign policy was immature, actually, almost child-like -- and he has grown up very quickly.

Let's see if he pushes for lifting the embargo. If he does, then the argument that he has changed our administrative policy toward Cuba. If he doesn't, and I think he won't, it is further acknowledgment that Obama has matured.
