Okay, let us look at it from a different angle. The Israelis stole the land, drove the Palestinians out of their homes and killed en mass. Or the Israelis gave back complete control of Gaza in 2005 removing their own citizens with their military. They did this as a prelude and test to see if they should/could trust the Pals and take the next step to a two state solution and leave the West Bank. The first thing Hamas did was lob rockets and over 6500 since Israel left. Do you not see their perspective at all? Hamas/Pals cannot hope to defeat Israel in a war so why do they not try legal means of negotiation/UN/world court etc.?
