Roy,
Over the last few years I have seen more and more Ky. Trailers on the road and I wondered what was happening to Freuhalf. I don't think Ky. Trailers is traded publically. You are right about NYSE vs BB, IF the NYSE company has some kind of decent book/bill, and IF there's nothing jepordizing that NYSE listing. I'll take a BB company any day that has solid contracts in their pocket to a listed company whose light is going out regardless of past prestige. Do you remember a company called Railway Express. They were the 900 lb. gorilla in package delivery, and then some little upstart company called UPS changed everything. An extended downturn in business and dip on the exchange could be an opportunity to buy, but a company teetering on losing their listing is something else. If they lose it you have another BB stock! I think that is unlikely. How long has FTC been down, 1 year? It would be interesting to know what the trucking industry's cycle is for purchasing new equipment. I wonder if they have figures like that like they do for projected auto sales. Isn't FTC located in Indianapolis? I just wondedr how much of the market share they have lost. If it's too much there won't be much incentive for another manufacturer to buy them. We'll see if anybody else has some thoughts on this. Talk to you again.

Greg
