Rick,

There is 9.2 million Fully diluted and 3.2 million in the float. Of
those in the float there is maybe around 300,000-400,000 possible that
are not in tight control. The cheapest paper that even the insiders
control is at 13.7 cents. Anyone who knows the story is not selling
at these prices. These guys have only been apart of this revamped shell since July of this year. The wheels are just starting to really
turn. Keep in mind that doctors usually have money to invest and the
ones that are familiar with what Avalon is doing will be investing
into Avalon at some point. Many are watching the company for news
which should come in the next few weeks.
