They are sound fiscally, having grown from grass roots in the nineties. They have been increasing market share during the hard economic times when small players are losing their grip. The CEO has a history of successfully acquiring smaller telecoms to expand her network of fiber-optics and telecom equipment. I think they are up to 79 markets nationwide now, with plans for major expansion.
