Move to my neighborhood, please. <gg> Yeah, I can't believe we're talking like this either. But my husband and I have had this conversation pretty regularly over the last year. Thankfully he's a boat builder with world class carpentry skills. Knows his plumbing and electrical too. I take care of all things edible and potable... Every time I've brought this up with friends and family, they look at me as though I've gone over the edge-- such is the denial out there. Which really makes it scary.
