Scott,
Good call. Thanks for reminding us.
However, if you really believed your earlier post, why didn't you sell during the spike. I remember Glenn Olsen asking me the same thing the last time around. I didn't sell then, and didn't sell on the latest spike. Glenn got out. It appears he is smarter than the both of us.
With regard to criticism of CEO Palermo, "screwing the shareholder Deliverance style", is a bit much. Sure, we're all upset with the shareholder dilution and subsequent reduction in share price. QDRX has been unable to secure conventional financing. Palermo explained that in the last shareholders meetings. His only avenue of getting $$ to keep the company afloat is the Reg-S/D shares. He can't get financial institutions to lend him the money, so he takes it from us shareholders.
Remember, when you bought shares in this company, it had never made a buck. You should have realized that QDRX was and is a long shot.
Palermo's bad decisions have been well documented on this thread. He may be inept, but in my opinion, he is not deliberately "screwing" the shareholders. He's merely using the only option at his disposal.
IMHO
Roger
P.S. Palermo indicated last June that 4th quarter may be break even. If that occurs, it will mark the much sought after turnaround for this company. Hopefully, 3rd quarter results will give us an idea if 4th quarter will really be break even. |
