That excess will be present for any length of time in some areas, and not in others ... several parties from here are planning to go down and maybe pick up a bargain or two, three people i know already have been there more than once in '08 and at least one has already bought ... all these people more or less know each other, the one individual interested in Florida because of childhood memories is considered off his rocker by the rest of us, who prefer California by far ... just west-coasters by nature maybe, don't think too much of inland Sun Belt either ... One party interested in an apartment block, was on the way to look at one and it sold before he was off the plane, real cheap, distress sale no doubt or his agent just wasn't on the ball early enough ... then he became quite ill, missed looking at other things for that reason, don't know if he's still on that track
