there are good reasons to go up. We have Amateur Investor's Forecasts of 9600 for DOW and 1000 for SP500

and good reasons to go down.
not the least of which is we are entering the McClellan Oscillators Dn Turn Areas. Higher Movements of the Oscillators will again put us in precarious areas.
