Went down the luge run at COP at -27 C. Sorry, can't take that all winter. Always thought anyone going down the luge at any temp was nuts or a little too bold for their own good LOL So in essence you think that say Canada has a contract to supply x amount of oil to China.. that the US can make the case that this would be similar to Canada hoarding the oil ie making it unavailable to the US.. Will be interesting to see how safe and secure the supply is... and yes I always thought the lawyers negotiating the Free Trade deal with us were smart... but they were your guys of course.. You guys may need to build a really really mega SPR to accomplish that though :O) I think I'll write the ministers involved.. but ya know mostly they don't respond.. unless you get extremely annoying.. TBS
