All of that information will be available tomorrow. There have been 161 SPAC IPOs. 61 companies have closed on their acquisitions and two of those companies have been acquired. 26 companies have deals pending. There are 45 companies still looking for acquisitions. 29 companies have either liquidated or are in the process of liquidating. One of the liquidated companies subsequently found alternative financing and acquired its original target.
