I dont disagree with much of what you say. There is room for many opinions. Its the vitriol and racism i object to. Several years ago i got kicked off a bigoted anti-arab thread for saying much the same thing. I fought the kahanists here in NY in my youth. I am an unreconstructed bleeding heart who has to force himself to impose discipline on my pacifism based on a country's right of self defense whether israel or the US or any other nation for that matter. We dont fight when we chat because we agree on most of this. I am not happy when anyone is killed unlike chris.
