Sal,

With one URL you have made one of the most significant contributions in weeks. Do you feel like breaking into song...Dupe..Dupe...Dupe.

The question in the back of my mind from the time CCC first mentioned Java anything, aimed at an institutional giant like BT was, ,why do you(BTY) need Joe's Gun shop(CCEE) if you have synergy of size to deal with Remington Arms Co(SUNW) as an equal. In this case BT/SUNcan exist without CCEE. On the other hand based upon what you found, this could provide BT's muscle to CCC for support from Sun that they couldn't get otherwise so that CCC can solve a small part of BT's problem that Sun may not want to deal with. Sort of like Joe's gun shop supplying trigger springs. That's not bad work if Joe can get it.

The perpetual problem here is Joe's gun shop typically makes a big PR announcement about setting out to revamp the strategic military needs of the western world. When what really happened was the receptionist reports to management that some guy from Remington Arms called and wanted to know if we sell trigger springs. Then the news sits a like milk out of the fridge until it curdles. Meantime Joe's shareholders sit and hold and joe issues millions of shares of stock that cannot possible be supported by any reality that can flow out of the situation. Furthermore when the market realizes that it has been fooled it doesn't like it.

When Rick says REVOLUTIONIZE WHAAA.

Joe sends out his henchmen to battle Rick and keep the existing shareholders entertained and HOLDING while the new shares get sold before anybody realizes that they now have 1/3 of the ownership in Joe's that they had before. Then they get mad because it was Rick's fault. If he hadn't told them they would have some how known but because he did they don't. GO FIGURE?????

What is your take Sal?
