so why are you insinuating Al Gore is to blame for the BDI drying up? I would blame George Bush, Gordon Brown and every other numnut supposed world leader out there for sitting on thier thumbs and doing nothing while the wheels fell off the world economy.

Gore has nothing to do with recent world economy problems. Any blame lies elsewhere.

Just giving banks money is/was a half arsed way of re igniting the economy. What have the banks done with it apart from pidgon hole it away?
