So you have not paid $62k on $7200 in income. You were over withheld. Not a problem except it's an interest free loan to the leeches at IRS. Only get interest on it after 4/15.

I could never figure out why some folks would get all excited about their "tax refund" from the IRS, like it was found money. No, it's money they took from you and held without paying any interest on it.

As for E-trade, I guess there's a reason some call it E-Turd.
