That sounds absolutely delicious. I happen to have just about 1 lb of shrimp in the freezer right now. I think I'll try baking them next time..........and so easy. I'll add some butter, garlic and wine just to make it simple. Probably serve it with some of my Lundstrom's wild rice with onion and mushrooms, and serve a salad with blue cheese dressing on the side.
