LR: Are you implying, or stating outright, that Carl Thompson & Assoc. is not under contract to handle INCE press releases (according to Jenny)? I know that they haven't been involved with INCE for sometime now, but supposedly they are once again under contract with INCE (a new 4 month contract was supposed to be signed by now). Perhaps the contract still has not been signed, hence the delay in the long awaited series of press releases Kristi and Paul have been telling Jim Garrett about.

I'll call INCE this afternoon.
