A few sector/construction ETFs and stocks I have added to a watch list, based on the considerable ballyhoo regarding the Obama infrastructure plan: PKB Powershares Building and Construction IGF iShares Global Infrastructure TAN Claymore Global Solar KOL Market Vectors Coal FIW First Trust Water Index CX Cemex Cement RMX Ready Mix There are lots more possibilities, I just turned these up on some scans.
