The whole nonsense over "disproportionate response" is a red herring. CNN had an interview with someone claiming India could have responded to it's terror attack by going into Pakistan but didn't and that was showing tolerance and intelligence. Wonder if India would have the same response after say 1000+ attacks over a period of years. It was a stunningly stupid comparison.
