Mercator is mining the Mineral Park deposit, previously owed by Pennzoil, outside Kingman, AZ. Used to drive by there every morning in the 80's. Only action then was a turquoise miner! Guys from Pennzoil at Mineral Park went up to Battle Mountain, NV and developed that ore body and spun off Battle Mountain Gold as a publicly traded subsidiary. We had a couple of ex Mineral Park guys workig for us. One was one of the best dozer operators I have ever seen and a great marksman. shot head off a rattlesnake with a pistol from about 100 feet without getting out of the pickup.
