I explained the difference in another post, so I won't repost it here. However, I don't think we should give up any advantage. I've been saying all along that we need to increase our investment in alternative energies of all sorts, not just automatically cede the game to South America or China. I think this game is just beginning. We're still in time to be a competitor and reap the lion's share of the market, if we choose to compete.
