bailing the yankees out again... todaysthv.com 600 new jobs are coming to North Little Rock. Construction equipment maker Caterpillar announces it will be opening a plant near the airport on the north side of the river. A representative from Caterpillar says they've been working on this deal for about a year. They will renovate an existing building and start production in 2010.
