Maybe if a person has a lot of clownbucks after it's over, the thing might be to buy rental properties. But not unless there's an immediate 20% income. Not for me. Can't deal with bad tenants. Get a good manager: honest, smart, at least 6 foot and 200 pounds all muscle, packing a gun, good connections with police and lawyers, loyal friend.
