Here's a good explanation of what kind of person he is. He's a chef, and he and his girlfriend are thinking about opening up a little coffee/bistro. I asked him if he did this would he serve soup and sandwiches.........he said yes. I asked him what kind of soup he favored most, and his reply was something like this: I don't have a favorite because every soup I make is different from every other soup I've made. I pressed him to come up with 2 different soups he'd serve at his coffee shop/bistro and he couldn't because every time he makes soup it's different, so he'd make what ever came to his mind with what ever was available at the moment. Sheeeeeeeeeeesh! What a way to run a business.
