Which is the whole point of these systems. They are artillery. Firing a single rocket is like firing a single cannon round. You only inflict damage by luck. They are supposed to be used by lining up dozens, or even hundreds of launchers and letting them fly. Used that way, they can be very effective on the battlefield. Using them singly, like the Palestinians do, is more along the lines of harassment than an actual attack. It is like lobbing a single mortar shell into an area. It makes people duck and cover, but any damage is pure luck.

Meanwhile, Israel is fighting with the best armament America can send it.
