i-node, got some comments from my buddy Bob to that: "Yeh, I expect Franken will be announced the winner; too many Dems involved in the counting process. What the heck, if the Dems are willing to let an illegal alien (perhaps, since no light has been allowed to be turned on) be president, why worry about the rules for a single Senate seat?"
