Thanks Angelique. It sounds like we've got a bit of light reading ahead of us. Did the attorney at Compuserve elaborate on the contents of what he/she had already received ? I'm hoping that somewhere out there is a lawyer with patent experience, who might be able to share a somewhat more informed opinion with us all, once the details of the infringement claims become public. Has Mr Fink made a public statement since releasing the details ? I have subscribed to E-data's investor relations mailing list, but haven't received anything related to the recent events in the New York case since the release saying that the specific infringement claims have been submitted to the court and the defendants. Sitting here in Saudi Arabia, I'm a little sensory deprived when it comes to current news, so anything you can point me to (on the net) would be greatly appreciated. Thanks ! Durro
