I just had lunch with Insurance Company and Bank Investment people. They hadn't heard about a problem in Hong Kong! Makes you wonder. The price of land was why too high. Banks in Japan and Hong Kong own those loans. Looks like a deepening of the Asian Recesion is at hand. Demand has been poor, and in Japan, they added to it with an increase in consumption tax, last April. VCD's are not cars, they are almost like a consumer staple. Demand could be slightly less, but that will only last for a few weeks.

This will test Hagedorn's Hedges. No hedging model is set up to counter huge swings, the plan was just to smooth them out. We will see.

Cube pays for fab space in the local Asian currencies. They sell in the Chinese, Korean, Japanese, and US currency.
