Being born without a foreskin would only mean they'd be depriving some poor mohel of income and a possible source of material for a wallet...

OTOH, being heterozygous for, say, Tay Sachs means you are a lot less likely to die of TB.

Which do you think will contribute to their chances of reproduction?
